Perhaps you have a mental illness and you would like to discuss your treatment options.

Perhaps you are a relative, partner or friend of someone with a mental illness and you want to find out where you can get some help.
 
Perhaps you work with someone who has a mental illness and you want to find out what the symptoms are. You could be a student, a doctor, a community worker or simply and interested member of the public.
 
Whatever your question, we have someone on the phone to help you work out the answer, from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
