As Coordinator of the Respite Centre you will be responsible for coordinating flexible respite services responsive to the needs of carers of people with a severe mental illness/psychiatric disability in the Inner West HACC Region Sydney.

Short description of program: The Schizophrenia Fellowship is funded by the Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FaHCSIA) until the 30th June 2011 to deliver flexible respite services.

The person will have experience delivering mental health services, of team management and have excellent people skills, knowledge of the mental health system in NSW and commitment to a recovery based approach.
