Building Update

The new building architectural plans were presented to Clubhouse.  The plan is essentially an add-on to the existing structure.  The current building will remain, however it will be significantly altered internally. With the somewhat dilapidated condition of the current building this project could not come at a better time!  We’ve all managed to get by with the current building and it looks like we may finally be rewarded with this add on/upgrade project that is nothing short of monumental for the Pioneer Clubhouse, Balgowlah since its very beginning. To the left are some pictures of the latest construction and below is the Final Plan that was submitted to the council for a development approval.
