Bradfield Park Wellbeing Centre

Located near Milson's Point Train Station at the corner of Burton & Alfred Streets, the Bradfield Park Wellbeing Centre's services are tailored to meet individual needs and promote health and wellbeing for people living with mental illness for and their carers. 

The Recovery Services presence at the Bradfield Park Wellbeing Centre, gives us a broader reach to help and assist  those living with a mental illness and their valued Carers in the Northern Sydney area. 

The Bradfield Park Wellbeing Centre hosts a variety of programs and services benefiting both Care Recipients and Carers. It exists as part of the WRAP consortium consisting of several organisations (North Sydney Council, Schizophrenia Fellowship of NSW, Young Carers, Kirribilli Neighbourhood Centre and Lower North Shore Create Team). 

Bradfield Park leads the way with their Sports Program for Care Recipients / Consumers. We offer the following Sports Program for both Carers and Care Recipients, which includes Golf Coaching, Lawn Bowls, Tennis Coaching and The Fishing Clinic. You can download our information sheet which lists the Programs available during the year ahead. For link to .pdf (424 KB) click here.

Our Handyman and Home Maintenance courses have proven popular along with Hygiene / Makeover, NEW MOVES Fitness and QUIT Smoke / Green Smoke programs. Our Creme' de la Creme' is our Cooking and Food Education Course (CAFE), a course for beginners, which focuses on simple nutritious and inexpensive food. Our brand new Dance Program will start in 2011.

The Milsons Point office is located in the Northern Sydney area and provides many programs to assist Carers in their general Wellbeing. We have a variety of programs and these include our well respected Mindfulness Program (CBT) and the Brain Gym. 

Based along side these programs at the Bradfield Park Wellbeing Centre, is our Holiday Program which assists Carers and Care Recipients in recieving valuable respite while enjoying many spectacular locations throughout NSW. For further information on the Holiday Program, please click here.
