The Healthy Recharge program is being run at the Pioneer Clubhouse Balgowlah, on Saturday mornings from 10.30am-12.30pm.

New Moves
JOIN IN ... GET FIT!
New Moves offers fun physical activities and healthy eating in a supportive group environment.
Do you have a mental illness?
Are you aged 18-65 years?
Would you like to improve your fitness and physical health?
Then join New Moves.
- New Moves is a healthy lifestyle program, designed to improve your physical and mental well-being, through education, physical activity and helthy eating.
- Social and peer support is provided in the group environment.
- The team leader supports and motivates you to develop and achieve your personal goals.
- Visits to community gyms and local cafes and shopping centres, helps you to integrate what you have learned into community life.
New Moves runs for 16 weeks.
It is being held at Pioneer Clubhouse, Balgowlah on Saturdays, starting 24th March from 10.30am-12.30pm, and
At Gladesville, on Wednesday mornings from 10.30am-12.30pm, starting Wed 28th March.

The program will be held at Gladesville, for carers and consumers in the Northern Sydney HACC Area.
