Program Eligibility

Day 2 Day Living (D2DL)

  • Be aged 16 years or above
  • Have a mental illness
  • Be able to travel to the D2DL program site

Personal Helpers and Mentors Program (PHaMs)

  • Be aged 16 years or above
  • Have a mental illness; please note a formal diagnosis for a severe mental illness is not needed to access the service
  • Ability to manage their daily activities and live independently in the community
  • Live within the required postcodes or Local Government Ares allocated to the PHaMs sites

Personal Helpers and Mentors Employment Service (E-PHaMs)

  • Be aged 16 years or above
  • Have a mental illness; please note a formal diagnosis for a severe mental illness is not needed to access the service
  • Live within the required postcodes or Local Government Ares allocated to the E-PHaMs sites
  • Be in receipt of the Disability Support Pension (DSP) or other government income support payment
  • Be engaged, or willing to engage, with an Employment Service
  • Be willing to address goals relating to employment

Recovery and Resource Services Program (RRSP)

  • Be aged 16 to 65 years old
  • Have a diagnosed mental illness
  • Have low support needs
  • Be willing to address recreational, educational or employment needs
  • Requires assistance to access community supports
  • Have current links to clinical support (e.g. Area Mental Health Services, GP, psychologist or psychiatrist)
