Casual Respite Support Worker- Riverina Area
SACS State Award Grade 3 (casual)

The Mental Health Respite Program aims to provide support to carers by increasing access to respite services that provide flexibility to meet individual needs of carers and care recipients. Respite Support worker will provide direct service provision in varied settings. The settings may include group activity or on a one to one basis for a person with a mental illness. This service will be provided from a centre or in a home or community setting. Respite services can include transport, education, domestic assistance and social support.

Mental Health Respite Specialist Worker - Illawarra Area
Full time position or job share. SACS Award Grade 4
Area covered Centre based in Nowra and Ulladulla

A new Mental Health Respite Program is to be established in Southern Illawarra area worker to be based in Nowra and Ulladulla with other travel required. The aim of the program is to provide support to carers by increasing access to respite services that provide flexibility to meet individual needs of carers and care recipients. The worker will assist with establishment, development and service provision of program. The MH Respite Specialist worker will have a capacity to meet needs of carers and care recipients as directed by Coordinator.
