To read how others have coped with and recovered from mental illness, read 'personal stories'. To submit your story for publication on this web site, email us. Your piece can be a short story or in prose form, as long as it's about your experience of mental illness.

Also in this section you will find information on treatment and recovery, along with information on medication and its side effects. Currently this section is geared towards the recovery of schizophrenia. Soon, we will have similar information for all types of mental illness.
