Sunflower Services

is a provider of the
Personal Support Programme (PSP) and
Job Network services.

PSP is a program designed to assist people who are not yet ready for an employment program like Job Network, because they have one or more significant barriers or challenges to overcome first.  PSP provides:

• Understanding and assistance in clarifying what your challenges are
• Assistance to develop a plan to overcome these challenges
• Encouragement and confidence building
• A referral system to guide you to find the right support service, based on your needs and personal goals
• Practical support including assistance in attending interviews or with transport
• A community outreach service – assisting clients to meet people in their local area
• One-on-one coaching and ongoing support
• Our PSP Consultants will work with you for up to two years to help you achieve your goals and overcome your challenges.

Job Network Services is a program designed to assist people to find employment.  We are also a specialist program that assists people with mental health issues.  Our Job Network consultants take an individualised approach and give specialised assistance to clients based on their circumstances & goals.  Some of the services we can provide include:

• Career Guidance
• Employment Counselling
• Resume Preparation
• Application Letter Assistance
• Job Matching
• Interview Practice
• Computer Access
• Assistance to purchase certain goods or services that you need to obtain or retain employment
• Access to Psychological Assessment and Assistance
• Various Group Training Activities

Sunflower Services is sub-contractor to Ostara Australia and is auspiced by the Schizophrenia Fellowship of NSW.
