of People with Mental Illness

Carer Assist is currently running this training course for families, friends and carers of people with mental illness. We have had a huge response and intend to offer the course again. The course consists of informal workshops involving group discussions, videos and practical demonstrations aimed at increasing the capacity of families, carers and friends to care effectively for themselves, other family members and their relative living with mental illness.
