Hercules House Day 2 Day Living - Chatswood
The D2DL program aims to support people living with a mental illness engage in their own recovery journey.
The Schizophrenia Fellowship of New South Wales Inc. (SFNSW) administers the D2DL Program from Hercules House, from the Chatswood Recovery and Wellbeing Hub.
D2DL offers a friendly and positive environment in which those with a mental illness can engage in their choice of "drop in" facilities and support; or activities and groups that encourage socialisation, development of life skills, educational and supportive groups.
ASSISTING PEOPLE TO RETURN TO A MEANINGFUL LIFE:
Staff at D2DL sites encourage active participation of members in activities and groups and encourage engagement of those who "drop in". Hercules Street offers a wide range of activities that fit into our monthly program. Activities from the program may include a Healthy Lifestyle Program such as New Moves, Self Development Groups, Community Access, Cooking, Life skills, Events, Excursions, Hearing Voices Support Group and a variety of Arts related activities.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9.30 am to 4pm.
The program will close on 23 December 2016 and reopen on 5 January 2017
