University of Newcastle - Smoke Study

SMOKERS - WE NEED YOUR HELP!

We are seeking two groups of volunteers aged 18 - 60, who currently smoke at least 15 cigarettes per day, to help us better understand the relationship between smoking and brain function.
    Group 1: Individuals with a current diagnosis of schizophrenia
    Group 2: Individuals who do not have a personal history of mental illness or a first degree relative with a diagnosis of schizophrenia.

Research Trust Fund
for the Schizophrenia Fellowship of NSW

The Research Trust Fund of the Schizophrenia Fellowship of NSW invites applications from individuals or research teams in the field of psychosocial research in schizophrenia for funding of up to $30,000 per annum. Funding is usually provided for one year only however multiyear finding will be considered contingent upon satisfactory annual reports and a second application. Closing date for applications – 30th June 2008.
